"I am pleased to give my wholehearted recommendation of Mathilde Siggaard, who worked as a nanny for our son Charlie in St. Anton during the winter of 23/24. During this period, Charlie was between 7 and 11 months old, and Mathilde took excellent care of him.

Mathilde is wonderful with children, and we always felt completely at ease leaving our little boy in her care. She created a warm and secure environment for Charlie, and he loved spending time with her. Mathilde and Charlie shared many enjoyable moments both indoors and outdoors, and she was always creative in finding activities that supported his development.

She met Charlie exactly where he was in his development and engaged with him in a genuine and thoughtful way. We never had any doubts about her abilities, and it has been a pleasure to have her as part of our family during this time.

In addition to being great with children, Mathilde also helped around the house in a very responsible way. She took on tasks like washing dishes without being asked, demonstrating a good sense of initiative, maturity, and a strong overview of the household needs.

Mathilde is kind, cheerful, and highly trustworthy. She has a flexible and easy-going approach to communication, which made it simple to coordinate with her.

I hope to have the opportunity to work with Mathilde again when we are next in St. Anton. I can wholeheartedly recommend her."

"Mathilde has been a substitute teacher and SFO (after-school care) educator since the beginning of 2024, until the end of the year. Gyvelhøjskolen is a medium-sized school with nearly 550 students spread across 2-3 tracks. Mathilde has been actively involved with the entire school, both independently and in collaboration with other colleagues, planning participation in lessons and organizing fun and educational SFO afternoons for the younger students in grades 0-2.

Mathilde is structured and conscientious, following through on her tasks diligently. She has a good overview of both pedagogical tasks related to the children's group, as well as written and other preparatory work. Mathilde is professionally reflective and actively participates in pedagogical discussions, openly sharing her opinions.

Mathilde excels in building strong relationships with the children, making her a highly sought-after caregiver. She approaches children with trust, empathy, and presence. She fosters collaboration with colleagues in the same way, with presence, empathy, and trust, which makes her both credible and professional.

Mathilde is very reliable, both in terms of her conduct, her collaboration with others, and her general practice. We wish her all the best in her future pedagogical work, where she will be a valuable asset to any educational workplace."
