All equipment is subject to avaliability and should ideally be requested alongside your booking.

All equipment is cleaned and checked thoroughly between each hire.

T&C Equipment Hire

 

1. All equipment will be delivered on the evening of your arrival or as otherwise agreed. All equipment will be collected on the evening of your departure unless otherwise agreed.

2. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to stock availability. The guest will be informed ASAP and any payment already made will be refunded.

3. Any equipment that is lost or damaged will be charged to the guest in order to replace it.

​

4. Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose. Where instructions are not provided with the equipment then they should be requested verbally prior to using equipment. All equipment should be checked by the guest intending to use the equipment on delivery to ensure they are happy with the equipment prior to using it. Any breaks or defects should be reported to Alpine Angels childcare immediately and equipment should not be used.

5. Full payment for equipment hire is required when booking the equipment. Last minute bookings in resort will require payment in cash. Any bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice will receive no refund. Bookings cancelled with 14+ days notice will require 50% refund.

6. Alpine Angels childcare takes no responsibility for any injury, damage, claim or loss arising from using the equipment provided.

 

7. All equipment should be returned to us in the same condition that it was delivered.
